I have over 30 years experience in the business. I have seen some shoes that have been well and truly worn out, but I have rebuilt them, resoled and heeled them and put many a smile on customers faces when I hand them back to them. That is what I enjoy most. Its like giving them back an old friend with a new lease of life.
